The rallies for GE2015 will kick start at 7pm tonight with the PAP holding a rally for Radin Mas SMC and the WP for Hougang SMC.

Rallies are the most interesting part of the general elections.  Politicians go on stage and captivate the audience with their charisma, orator skills and showmanship as they put forth the changes that their party will do IF they are elected.

There is so much to look forward to as the candidates work and tease the crowd (and God forbid, sing Home) to convince the crowd on their mandate to lead Singapore for the next 5 years and possibly beyond.

The Workers’ Party has promised Singapore a rally every night during campaigning period.

It will be interesting to see how Han Hui Hui (represented by a flower) holding her first ReturnMyCPF protest rally as an independent candidate.

Roy Ngerng will turn PM’s constituency into another Hong Lim Park as his supporters from the Speakers Corner descend in droves to support him.

Lina Chiam from SPP will most probably read from her script word for word and send Potong Pasir to sleep only to shout “Chiam See Tong” at the end.

Chee Hong Tat must by now be practicing to keep his hands by his side and un clench his fists when talking

No matter how you look at it, Rallies are where politicians are judged and with the help of social media  –  immortalised
